The location was absolutely perfect, for example, Calle Portales was approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Staff was super competent. My room included central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing table.

We had a wonderful stay at a very comfortable hotel. The decor had a retro 80s vibe but was well-maintained. The room was spacious with lots of mirrors and a large bathroom. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the deep bath with plenty of hot water, perfect for relaxing after the Camino. The hotel's location was also excellent, just around the corner from Calle Laurel with its amazing tapas bars. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location.

We had a great stay except for the continuous all day and night celebration during San Mateo.
our twin/double room was spotless and new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds. the staff were all very very nice.
